About the Festival

Arundel Castle's Tulip Festival is one of the UK's most spectacular spring events. In 2026, over 110,000 tulips in more than 120 varieties will transform the castle grounds into a tapestry of colour. New varieties for 2026 include Foxy Foxtrot, Daydream, and Ballerina, alongside six multi-tiered arrangements featuring more than 10,000 tulips.

The Castle & Gardens

Arundel Castle has been the seat of the Dukes of Norfolk for over 850 years. The gardens are open from Wednesday 1 April to Sunday 1 November 2026, with the tulip display at its peak in April. Explore the Collector Earl's Garden, the Stumpery, and the Fitzalan Chapel. The Keep opens 10am–4:30pm; castle rooms 12pm–5pm. Last admission 4pm. Closed Mondays (except August and bank holidays).
